As you know, we purchased our new home before we sold. I wouldn’t necessarily recommend anyone on a budget doing this. It was definitely worrisome. I was so many miles away that I felt helpless at times, but, somehow, you took the sting out of it all by being positive and optimistic. You gently guided me, without being overbearing and harsh. The next best thing you did for me was by your continued communication. In real estate no news is not good news, so, even though the news wasn’t good, you kept in touch and I can’t tell you how much that meant to me. You are so knowledgeable about local rules and ordinances that you protected me completely with the changes you recommended. And, when I decided not to come down for the closing, you helped me enormously with a difficult tenant. Without going into the details, I don’t know if any other Realtor would have put forth that extra effort, so that it ended up with everyone satisfied in the end. The closing agent that you worked with handled everything perfectly too. I’ll probably never know everything you did because you don’t blow your own whistle but all I can say is thank you for everything and you’re the best!
